The exterior is beautiful, the interior does not look like a $50K - $60K vehicle. I really wish they would update the QX55 interior like they've done with the QX60.

Have had a '13 FX37 for the last ten years - and had a GX35 for 8 before that. I test drove this last year and just could not get over how much I did not love the CVT. If they could add an upgraded engine option, I'd be all in. But I just cant give up the FX right now.,

Not a big fan of Nissan/Infinity but I'm glad they are starting to make their interiors somewhat acceptable now. This is a gorgeous vehicle though.

Good review. My changes; have the gas door on the right side, smartphone wireless charger, Android auto wireless, just one larger vertical screen. And since the rear view window is so small, have the review mirror use a camera. Is that too much to ask Infiniti? :)

Definitely better looking than most of the competition. The interior is not best in class by any stretch. The interior in the Autograph edtion qx50 should be standard on all qx55.

I've owned 3 Infiniti's, G37 IPL, QX50, and a Q50 Red Sport which I did like a lot. I waited for the QX55 and couldn't be more disappointed, wanted a powerful engine, no CVT, and major interior/tech upgrades. So I cross shopped the German's, all fine vehicles, but bought a Genesis GV70 3.5 Sport Prestige, everything the QX55 should have been and more. Sorry Infiniti, you're just putting Band-Aids on aging technology and CVT's nobody wants.

Ran into this same thing myself, the CVT is so disappointing. Been an Infiniti customer for almost 20 years but their offerings have been awful for yeas now. Only car I would consider trading in my FX for right now would be an X3 M40i.

You're right on point. I've been looking at the Genesis GV70 and GV80 myself. I love the exterior styling of the Qx55 but the interior is so beyond outdated.

@@sealinalashelle5126 Approaching two years on my GV70 3.5 Sport Prestige, would buy it again tomorrow. Having concierge service next week, they will bring a loaner (last time a GV80) to my home, take my GV70, service it and bring it back. Comfort mode is pure luxury, sport/sport+ is rowdy, 0-60 in 4.7, a great vehicle.

I've had this vehicle for less than a month and it's already in the shop twice with a starter issue, a screen dying... and the dealer here in San Antonio wants ME to cough up another 1000 to replace the vehicle that under warranty?/What a joke. I've had three Infinity and this is,my last one.

It's still the same camera. I took a poll on Twitter and I believe like 80% of the ppl said they prefer 1080 @60fps over 4k @30fps so decided to switch up the settings 🤷‍♂️

Mazda cx30 turbo has more ponies, comparing to ex37 this is a grocery getter. Brake rotors looks tiny. Front wheel drive bias car, enough said. Styling is good.
