Big gm thing, I rarely but a superstar in matches two or three shows in a week. Promos are extremely useful for no injuries, keep stamina growing and keep them popular or escalate a rivalry with call out which works most the time. If you put them in stipulation matches it drains their stamina even faster. Less matches often keeps their stamina high so they don’t do it every week. And you don’t rarely need to use rehab or draft new people in order to have a show by doing this.
