I just want to share my experience about fertility. My hub do not have cancer so maybe things weren’t as bad. But my hub was diagnosis with almost low zero sperm count. It was like 0.3? I do not have a good womb too. My body dun produce egg regularly so I have irregular menses. We were labeled to be almost impossible to have kids given our situation. The odds is pretty low with us too and we gave up. We told each other we do not need a baby. 2 years after that check up, I got pregnant. I am pretty worried that since both of us are not healthy, baby might not be healthy. Now my boy is going to be 2 yo and everything is fine. He is really a handful but he is really a miracle to us. I share to let u know things may be bad but dun lose hope. Jia you!

Being a young cancer survivor myself I know how hard going through cancer is. I had to have chemo surgery and radiation and might never be able to have kids in the future but I've seen many other ladies that naturally get pregnant even after cancer so there's hope.. You're both very strong wishing Jared a speedy recovery. Sorry that you both need to go through this evil thing called cancer

can I ask what is the difference between chemotherapy and radiation?

little big big chemotherapy is a drug given usually intravenously and it is like weed killer it targets your entire body including your healthy growing cells. It is good because it targets even stray cancer cells that are floating in your body but bad cause it attacks the good cells too. Radiation is targeted treatment. You lie on the radiation bed and they radiate the specific cancer spot. The benefit is it targets specifically to one spot and doesn't attack your healthy cells however unlike chemo it doesn't get the stray cancer cells that may be floating around.

little big big usually patients have both treatments as a safety precaution. To ensure that all the cancerous cells has been killed. But of course every treatment method has long term and short term side effects hence some patients choose not to have certain treatments if it is not absolutely necessary

well.. i had been following you guys from like 3K subscribers and watching you guys coming this long way it's like a very very long journey. I lost my beloved father 7 months ago because of cancer. I been with him from the start of the diagnose until his last breathe with his hand holding mine. It do takes tremendous amount of will power to overcome a cancer treatment.
