I’ve heard about 2 issues with the ‘pods’. First is that they have too much product and that extra product builds up on your clothes. Second is that the ‘pods’ don’t always dissolve completely and that goo messes with pipes.

Well, here comes my science nerd side: It's an autosomal recessive disorder where infants cannot break down the dietary sugar, galactose, properly. It's found in Caucasian populations mostly and is one of the many diseases are initially tested upon on birth. Infants who are diagnosed with galactosemia will often present with mental issues/tiredness, organ failure, cataracts, infections and failure to thrive. 🧬 Sardines are also good on crackers with cheese, added to salad dressings, or just from the can, if you're feeling adventurous. 🐟 Thanks as always for showing us around! 🙌

RE: SARDINES I DO NOT (I repeat DO NOT) look forward to feasting on this item. They are purchased (stocked up) for my emergency stash in case we lose power, refrigeration, and the ability to cook, as a good source of easy-to-open protein/vitamins. Admittedly, there ARE days when I don't want to OPEN the refrigeration, TURN ON the stove or USE a canopener. So, I've had a few, 😮. They are stored with the "apocalypse canned tuna", canned veggies, and "disaster-ready" dried fruit. I keep them on hand for ...... someone else who may need them in a pinch.😊

Sardines pack 1,950 mg of omega-3s per 3 oz. Good for heart, bones, joints, immune system and mood. However you get your omega-3s they are mandatory. I am not a doctor…. Just been around long enough to understand how it changes how I feel. HTH.

I lived in Alaska, you don't want to live in Alaska. You definitely do not want to raise kids there. My dau says I ruined her life, because we lived there. Do visit, do spend time there, Alaska is awesome To Visit.

I'm sure it depends on the person/family and their interests. Outdoorsy types that love fishing, hiking, camping, hunting, and all of those things, and that type of weather would be happy there. People who just want to live away from the busyness and population of most of the lower 48 would enjoy it. I've never been to Alaska, but I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, in smaller towns. There were times I hated it and told my mom during my turbulent teen years that she ruined my life by moving there.
