sir mere pass ik problem a raha hai. please help me. mein ne proxy create kar li hai ab mein jab apni 4K Video ko Proxy>Create Proxy mein le k jata hun to Abode media Encoder mein meri Video Render nahi hoti. show hi nahi hoti. lekin agar mein kisi bhi 1080 wali video pe same process karun to theak hota hai sab 4K pe nahi ho raha. mein ne adobe media encoder mein direct file import kar k dekhi to error ata hai k (File Import Failure) Error Message (File Name>Could not read from Source. please check setting and try agan. kisi time hevc codec in media encoder ka error a jata hai. any body help me.
