They make a UV hardened Super Glue that hardens instant you can also Harden regular super glue instantly with baking soda but it might turn it white in color

Gunman, you don't mind painting in the best of conditions, and a less perfect environment. To me, really says a lot. Love that superglue trick. Just a hobbyist with cars and don't paint yet. Maybe never will but doesn't lessen my enjoyment of your bids in the least!

Those steps there goes good depending on all the prep work you put into a paint job before you spray color.

Funny thing mate a lot of apprentices don't know how to cut and buff here in the States. I referred to my buffer as "the other paint gun " the first 3 years of my career. I should try one of those shark blades sometime 🤔 you should see the panic on a detailer face when I pull a mill file out and go to work on a run. Cheers man keep slugging. 👍

Fantastic job as always Gunny, just goes to show that you can get a first class job doing it in your garage plus you are showing these detailers that a spray painter can do it just as good if not better which is never a bad thing👌😂😉John UK.

When the Trizac 3000 came out 3M also had a Trizac polish that broke down as you used it so you'd only have to use one polish to get to a show car shine. It worked too good so of.course it didn't stay on the market.

A good tip is that you can put a little bit of soap or oil WD-40 Etc in your compound or polish or both doesn't have much of an effect negative but makes it where it instantly is able to be cleaned up or wiped off a lot easier then it normally would be

2000 grit dry on fresh clear coat, do you not have issues with getting build up on the sandpaper? I mean little white clumps on the sandpaper that end up making pigtails?

Mr work harder, not smarter 😎 Lately with hourly rates going up I've noticed a trend where they respray even with the tiniest runs and mildly excessive dirt inclusions. Some of the shops even urge us to respray, to hell with the costs, just to spare an hour wasted on polishing & loss of morale 🙃

@@TheGunmanChannel I was amazed at how well it worked..I gotta try it.
BE AWARE GUYS, I dropped a comment on one of Gunnys other videos and I got scammed by someone pretending that they were “ the Gunman” wanting to send me a prize of a SATA ‘Chopper” spray gun. All I had to do was pay shipping. Then a week later they started asking me to pay the customs fees. When I started asking them questions about stuff that the gunman would know they went silent. I have been a follower of these Chanels for over 5 years and can’t believe that I was stupid enough to give these people my money. They wanted me to contact them on TELEGRAM and have the gunman logo. I am a massive fan of the gunman and believe that he is an honest guy, when reading back the messages it is obvious that these guys are not Australian, but the thrill of winning a SATA was obviously blinding me at the time. Love your work Gunny. Keep the videos coming.

OMNI clearcoat is one of the worst clears on the market here in the USA. it will fade back and sometimes flakes off in chunks. cutting and buffing it will also deteriorate the life of it.
