9:30 The key to taking charge of the mind is to feed it, the mind is locked in serving mode, all it wants to do is serve, give the mind something to sever! How? In your spare time organize things you frequent with most or often throughout your day to day activities in ways you favor, from images, videos, music, colors, material possessions, everything you have full access to, organize it in a order that serves you, You mind will agree to it and repeat it as a cycle to be serve, for example, morning routines, if you keep a certain routine, the mind will agree to it and serve to achieve the routine, the biggest challenge is getting the mind to agree, to get the mind to agree you must constantly redirect the mind when it spirals off to the desired thoughts!

Personality does not egsist. It is a movement of time and memory. That is the common autopilot people are on, dreaming in what should be awake state. So personally can not go without ego. And when a person has a problem with ego is super ego drive. When you are compassionate, when your spitir is blissfull you will know the interconnection of all beeings. Thank you

9:50 good American fighting with almost anybody.😛 the reason for that could be they are mostly britishsers and germans. I suggest sadhguru should concentrate more on that particular groups and make them good peoples.

@ no we only give the body a chance to cleanse. Giving the body a chance to digest and use up the foods as fuel. Then we can eat right. High quality nutritious foods. A variation of colours in the fruits and veg we eat. Full cream goats milk has the added value of medicine because goats eat herbs not force fed grains like cows. Cocoa powered added to your goats milk drinks .. add a little coffee? Maple syrup too. Find your blood type. Eat for your blood type. Saunas do help the lymphatic system. Go to a gym, walk, chat enjoy good quality company who are searching for the truth. Read about Buddha, Hinduism .. the mind science of life? Enjoy the puzzle of life so you never become bored again ✨🫶🏻✨

Simple and easy fasting .. intermittent fasting.. intense fasting .. it’s all about allowing the body to rid itself of toxins in the gut and in the lymphatic system, in the liver and kidneys. Then the body gives up more energy for healing. Once healing kicks in we can feel like we are vibrating in a newer brighter way. No mater what you eat enjoy it but give plenty of time before another meal. Cut out any snacking too. The body needs a complete break from food in between meals. It has to be experienced to then understand. Try it first yourself and find freedom from food and toilet time. Going from one food stop to another .. from one toilet to another is always on our minds. It’s a magical moment when you can be free from coffee shops with biscuits.. supermarket trolleys full of processed foods … and saving on toilet roll 🤣 Magic moments are real ✨🙏🏻✨🕉️✨🌌✨
