Considering its been all over the news that people can't get the police to respond to burglary, antisocial behaviour, car theft etc etc etc and yet still send two units one on blues to a man with a camera, when are things going to change The control center needs to be informed and educated on these matters and prioritize real crime , not a man with a camera who is not being threatening to anyone Also the Muppets who make these calls should be educated and dissaplined if they do so I still think we have a long way to go on these matters

Hi T G A, it takes nine minutes for the daughter of Karen to come out, then a few seconds later the mother of all tyrants rocks up and giver the daughter a tutorial!. While the rights and wrongs may well be argued till the cows come home the manner and style of delivery is without question unacceptable. When the cops rock up they are nice enough but why have they come on blue lights?, just to tell they staff there that they should be more considerate and less paranoid. I begin to get the impression that the police have become more interested in their community relations work especially when it comes to serving the neurotic impulses of other 'public servants'. This work seems to include wasting ages chatting with harmless photographers, nice work if you can get it!. Cheers, Richard.

14:10 The police classified a man with a camera as an emergency even though the man with the camera had left the property (well, was outside the gates). Doesn't help their case in saying that they respond to all events properly. They should classify burglaries as emergencies and a man with a camera should be reported via 101.

12:05 Publicly accessible because the gates are open. Even Google agree with you since the StreetView car has been on their property. And an open gate means it's accessible to the public. You see their true colours when you don’t let them dictate to you what you can and can’t do on public land. It’s always the same, they request you go elsewhere and film. Always elsewhere. 23:10 The copper says that it's private property and they TGA shouldn't go on the property again he has no authority to state that. The NHS Duty Manager woman can't say that either. It's a private industrial estate. It is not NHS property, nor police property. They are just leasing it. Therefore the NHS Duty Manager can only request that you do not go into the NHS building. She can't say anything about the parts of the industrial estate that the NHS doesn't lease. Members of the public can go into the estate because there are other businesses there such as Novatiq & Strike Set Storage. That might mean only employees generally visit, but the NHS Duty Manager cannot identify who they are so in effect anyone can enter the estate.

12:50 "We just had a call that someone was filming" and they turned up for that! Filming is not a crime. Not even a public order offence. It's a lawful activity. Hats off to the Police Personnel for their professionalism, they handled the situation very well, as for the Ambulance Control Manager she definitely needs retraining with interactions with the public, as well as a stern warning, her behaviour could have just as easily been taken as threatening. As for the many comments about the Police turning up with blue lights, that's not on the Police, the caller most likely exaggerated when explaining to the call handler what happened, I've seen many Auditing Videos, and by far, the way Gwent Police Handled this non issue was one of the best responses I've seen to date. Hats off to the camer also who remained calm throughout. Nice to see content like this from my local area.

Don't know why a lot of comments are dishonouring the police in this video they were actually doing their jobs to in my opinion a high standard and should be looked upon. I saw another comment mentioning blue lights saying that the caller (most likely the duty control officer) probably exaggerated said call and made it go into an emergency state and from what 2121 said he probably doesn't know every single little detail about the call so he's doing what he's meant to and he see's it now turns out to be fine. So I'd say hats off to the police in this one and disgrace on the ambulance service.
