What is going on everybody, this is TGA, and in today's video, we visit Apex Court in Nottingham, which is home to the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority, a law enforcement and intelligence agency with close ties to the National Crime Agency. It's role is to protect vulnerable and exploited workers and disrupt and dismantle serious and organised crime.
We were met here by hostile security, then a policewoman, who has to be the worst Nottinghamshire Police has to offer, demanding my details, and saying I have to give them, spouting laws without any legislation, then grabbing my property and moving it without my consent. I would like to know opinions of whether I should pursue this further. Thank you and enjoy the video.

At the end of 2 years, the employers was supposed to take them on full time. Instead they got rid of them and took on someone else for a tenner a week. Just the usual Tories making sure wealthy employers could get cheap labour. I know because my son was on one. Completely *not* thick, nor stupid since he now works in IT and has a couple of degrees and letters after his name which he got for himself, not from some scamming lowlife employer who got rewarded by the Tory scum and felt no guilt for sacking a good employee, because he was expecting to be paid a decent wage so he could support his family. If the scheme wasn't bad enough, one employer didn't pay my son for 3 weeks. I had to go and threaten him. The arsehole even begrudged the £10.

You can whine all your anti tory leftist waffle, but it did what it set out to do, train and get the youth into the working world. I have gone on to a great career and don't regret my £29.50 per week beginning one bit.

As an ex officer myself, this female officer displayed a completely innapropriate attitude, and she should at the very least, be spoken to, and I suspect, disciplined for this over reach and escalation. She has no grounds to take the action she did, and it makes me wonder how she ever got through training. She also cannot issue a S35 dispersal order without the authority of an Inspector. (which she clearly didn`t have).

She concluded that based on third party Information and without conducting any form of investigation or attempting to hear your side. Police used to teach the ABCs in training: A = Accept nothing B = Believe nothing & C = Challenge everything. Karen cop however, accepted what she was told by the complainants, believed what they said and never challenged anything they said. Karen cop’s interpersonal skills were awful, and she would benefit from de-escalation training (or ideally finding another job).

A good auditor would not just allow the cop to carry away his gear, when he was not detained nor under arrest. Section 35 orders: 1. Must be authorised by an inspector or higher rank 2. Dispersal orders by a constable must be given in writing (They weren't) 3. They must specify the area. 4. They must specify the duration of the order. 5. A record must be kept.

Even if it was private then it’s a civil matter of trespass which isn’t illegal. The fact the WPC lacked impartiality and failed to investigate is astoundingly poor policing. The fact she took your stuff is theft or deprivation of property or even assault. I would have asked if they were detaining you and the fact she can’t cite any real law is an indicator of how poorly trained the police are. Section 35 dispersal order is an area agreed locally with the local council that the police can issue a dispersal notice within. But you have to be within the boundaries of the area. They normally give you a leaflet showing where the Section 35 covers. They normally have to do it formally by taking your details otherwise you haven't been issued with a dispersal order. I have had one once, which I breached, but I wasn't within the boundaries of the area it covered when they issued it or when they arrested me for breaching it. I went to court, pleaded not guilty, went to trial and it was all over in 5 minutes as soon as my solicitor showed the magistrate where I was when it was issued and where I was arrested. It was an absolute joke. The courts are full of stupid cases like mine every single day in every single court. People like that Karen make my blood boil they are the most hideous people on the planet. Nasty self absorbed and everything we don't need with the police these days.

I've been saying this for the longest. Section 35 requires the authority of an officer of the rank of Inspector or above before a person can be given direction to leave the locality. The authorising officer must record the authorisation in writing, specify the grounds on which it is made and sign the authorisation. Practically, this can be recorded electronically on a local system. The person being directed to leave must be given a written notice. None of the above happened, so was used illegally. Take this to the highest authority, and get her off the job and the streets.

She cannot order you to leave under a Sectiob 35 Dispersal Order. Section 35 of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 gives a Police Constable and a Police Community Support Officer in uniform the power to exclude a person from an area for a period of up to 48 hours with an Inspector’s authority. She did not have an inspector's authority.
