I live in Atlanta, GA and I'm trying to figure out how she kept a silk press in the Summer here without going to the salon weekly🤔 I just keep my hair braided all Spring and Summer cause my scalp sweats too much. The humidity+heat+rain is bad here, too. 🥴 Love your work, Carla!🩷

She used to get keratin treatments twice a year at Dominican salons. It helped her hair to not revert + heat training.

Really enjoyed this one for many reasons. First you always do an amazing job. You're daughter represents all of us who enjoys being natural but many things come with that decision and where you live plays apart of how you deal with it throughout the year. I hadn't had my hair straightened in years and my cousin who's a stylist just did it. She dealt with me not really wanting so much heat on my hair well. Stylist still want us to leave with a good style. But your daughter is so beautiful with her natural curls and this final style. This would be a great alternative for me but I would have to see if my cousin would do this type of style. 💕
