Ken is at that perfect point in life for awesome shoots... Old enough where he doesn't give a FUCK, has no filter, is still sharp, mostly drunk, and he is so consistent in how he tells these stories interview to interview you know he is on the level as he is usually thrashed in them. I just wish one of the serious weightlifting channels on here would do a sober interview with him while he is still in a good state about the wl days. He's probably the only superheavyweight left from the press era that's still with us that can converse in english and he went up against Alexeev and Reding... It's such a wasted opportunity...

I was just thinking about what Ken said about Ric Flair seeing this. It seems to me that Ric likes your channel and to me it's WWE saying or has said no on Ric's behalf to do a shoot interview with u. I fully believe 100% that Ric Flair would do a shoot interview with u if he wasn't under contract with WWE. It's not u Hannibal, it's WWE preventing that.

Nikolai Volkoff was talked out of using steroids by Sammartino . Word is he was a 600 bencher . His chest was enormous but he did not have short arms . Darsow was a 575 bench supposedly but I never got the chance to ask if it were true . I kmow he was in the 500 club.People never really bring up Darsow for power but Animal said he was a wworld class powerlifter .

Kenny is on my Mount Rushmore of shoot interviews. Along with Superstar Billy Graham, Honky Tonk Man, and David Shultz. He's negative about everything, that its amazing how he's still so entertaining, but he is. I just watched the clip, from I guess it was Tales From The Territories, and listened to him tell the McDonald's story for nearly 7 solid minutes, and I have not laughed so hard in the longest time. What made it even funnier, was watching Greg Gagne and Jim Brunzell laughing at him tell it. As a matter of fact, I think laughing at Kenny, was probably the most entertaining thing Greg Gagne has ever done in wrestling. I saw some recent interview Kenny did, and he got super pissed at Greg and Jim, after seeing the episode. Shocker, right?! 😂

I was a really good dead lifter at 5ft 9in 220lbs. I never did multiple heavy dead lift days. All the, pressure goes to lower back on dead lifts. Front row extensions with barbells are great for hamstrings and stretching the abdominals.

Good mornings are more stressful on the lumbar spine than a deadlift. Your back shouldn’t be so arched during a deadlift. The posterior longitudinal ligament is extremely thin in the lumber spine. Good mornings will stress that area. And his ‘incomplete’ formation of his lumbar is quite common. Spina bifida occulta. It’s the spinous process that isn’t completely formed. But damn, this is an awesome listen.

I only drank milk with cereal and cookies at home. and i had milk every day at school. I had a lot of steak in my life tho. I was my biggest with the least amount of body fat with Sirloin steak and t bone steaks and strip steaks. I hate so many hamburgers in my life. I always ate more then one hamburger plus the sides. I drank more soda than I should have. Soda is horrible for lactic acid and non natural sugar. My two biggest cheats were bread and soda. I think soda and multiple multiple pieces of bread with meals is what kept body fat on me. Im Irish polish and German.
