Profitable Crispy Tofu
Ingredients
Ingredient A
2 large blocks (650 gr) white Tofu, slice it into small cubes of 36 pieces. Or use 10 small blocks of white tofu cut into 4. 10 x 4 = 40 pieces.
Ingredient B
300-350 ml of Cold Water (Ice water or water in the fridge. The point is it must be cold), the runnier the dough the lighter the crispy texture.
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Pepper Powder
1 tsp. Broth Powder
Ingredient C
45 gr or 3 tbsp. Rice Flour
30 gr or 2 tbsp. of Wheat Flour, here I use ‘Segitiga Biru’ brand.
15 gr or 1 tbsp. Tapioca flour
Ground Ingredient (Optional)
2 cloves of garlic, or you may replace it with ½ tsp. of Garlic Powder.
Sufficient Cooking Oil (¼ liter)
