15:55 totally agree with Sai that regular exercise se periods pain reduce hote hai... I experienced extreme pain since start though I was so active but after marriage I joined Aerobics classes & it amaze me - no pain... so girls/ladies do regular exercise atleast 30 min daily... for better you❤😊

Just a little feedback: Love the format of the talk but the end seems quite abrupt and incomplete. I have observed this in rest of the episodes too. Like the guests are opening up and willing to talk more but the host cuts them without actually concluding the talk which makes it seem awkward for the guest and abrupt for the viewers. Could be a time limit thing, but can be improved for sure.

And generally male contractor or client visit the marble shop for purchasing... So that guy must have been confused how to deal with lady client... we usually experience such things

But that is the whole point of the conversation that we need to be sensitive at every stage not to make simple acts gender specific. Matlab if the bulb needs to be changed then the girl needs to go ahead and do it and if the kids are hungry then the guy needs to go ahead, cook and feed. When that becomes a normal in the society then people like the marble seller will not have such generalization in their minds.

17:30 when she was asked "aapke liye feminism kya hai, she said who said "yeh kisne decide kiya ke weker sex & stronger sex ", i would like to tell her jisne bhi kiya Ladies ke hi bhale ke liya, because ladies are physically weaker thats why they were not involved in main parts of social activities in past years, pehle sare mehnat ke kaam hua karte the,risk hua karti thi, traveling resources nahi hote the, junglose bhi gujarna padtatha travling ke samy, tabhi wild animals, sneks ka dar, luteronka dar hua karta tha, us jamane me males risk me hote the aur females ghar me aaram karti thi, aur sirf h Ghar sambhalna hota tha. Abhi sari chije sorted ho gai hai, AC office me baithkar kaam karna hai,comparatively traveling me utni risk nahi hai is scenario me abhi naari shakti aur equality ki baate ho rahi hai.
