i use a cpap treatment for sleep apnea.. Dee your asmr videos have improved my treatment and sleep so much that my sleep study doctors called to imform me of improvement.. so thank you very much. i went from 2 hours a sleep at night to 6 and half hours on average .. i feel rested and i watch you every night.. thank you
