@Thehella If you’re having heart palpitations it may be because of caffeine and you may also be deficient in electrolytes (both are true in my case). You should also avoid compressing your chest area and keep your chest “open”. I would definitely see a physician about it.

Thehlia please get that chest and left arm pain checked out. Hopefully only muscle pain from unboxing and making up the chairs but it is also a sign of heart trouble. Also, I hope you will get a table to work on so that your back is not affected. I see you sometimes sitting on the floor working. I didn't look after my spine when I was your age and now in older age it is affecting me. I have had three spinal surgeries. Love your home and we clean the same way.
