We have a Japanese female assassin, I don’t understand why people are so pissed because we have a black samurai who was apart of history. As long as the story is amazing and the characters are amazing then that’s all what matters.

I agree to an extent, I understand why people are mad at Ubisoft and calling them “woke”, but I also think that it is being blown WAY too far out of proportion! As for me, I am excited for the game, I know the game is most likely not going to be good, as Ubisoft have not made a good game for 11 years now (And I’m not a fan of the RPG style). The one thing Ubisoft are still doing good work in, is there worlds! They may not be the best for gameplay (most of Valhalla) but are always historically accurate and fun to explore! So I’ll be getting it to explore there version of Japan, tho I probably will still rather go back and play Ghost of Tsushima!

I love Shao Jun’s boots blade ,she used to be a dancer in palace and damn naoe is beautiful , Naoe is the first known user of pivot blade , who had modified the mechanism to fit a tantō. Famous user:Connor,Naoe,Aveline

You forgot to mention the Assassin Gauntlet used in AC Syndicate, which featured the grapple hook. In-canon, it was used all the way until the 1940s during WW2

one of my headcanons is that the hidden blade is based on an isu weapon, but modified to fit darius´ techonological limitations of his era. maybe he saw an isu codex detailing it before his exile from persia ¿? cause we dont know exactly what knowledge did darius and company knew of the order of the ancients and, possibly, the hidden truth

Interestingly, I heard a leak about the hidden blade in Shadows will be interchangeable, yes there will be more than one. Similar to prostethic arm in Sekiro, we'll be able to change the hidden blade and have different gameplay advantages. We can use the pivot blade like the trailer, change it to a hidden gun like Ezio's, give it poison, etc...

For the characters who only wore 1 hidden blade, why were they almost always worn on the left arm, even after the removal of the ring finger was no longer required? Every character we played as was right-handed, so wouldn't it make more sense for the hidden blade to be on the right arm?

No really, the right hand is needed more for other weapons like swords during direct combat. It's better to have a ring finger missing from your non-dominent hand

I really want Naoe to have a foot blade, for a ninja something like that would be awesome. For Yasuke I'm curious how much "assassin" he will have, for a non stealth character the hidden blade wouldn't see much use, and for someone in full armor (with a helmet so no AC hood), plus ubisoft already said the game will be physics based, so standard AC parkour wouldn't make sense for him, so what AC thing could he still have? Just eagle vision?

I mean, even in older games there were characters who didn't use th hidden blade, didn't wear hoods, no eagle vision n preferred a more aggressive fighting style, yet were still officially classified as members of th assassin's guild, like bartolomeo d'alviano frm ac2. Soo.. not a news
