Is there any other evidence besides this recording, coming from any other source? Just because someone says something is true, only makes it true if some hard evidence other than she said he said. If the whistle blower taped her conversation with Ms Willis, why didn't she tape this corrupt person in the office saying he proposed to misuse funds?
