Oof, that incident with Gneisenau is rough. A merchant raider must've disguised as one of the transports, heh. Jokes aside, that situation with the enemy escort ships + torpedoes swarms looks serious... Hopefully you got something brewing to deal with them in future engagements.

This playthrough overlapped my birthday and I bought UAD as a birthday gift to myself. I've been doing a playthrough as Japan and loving it. learned the hard way though to not start before 1900 because late 1800s ships without rangefinders can't hit the broad side of a barn. continue this playthrough or if you feel like it's getting boring try it with someone weird, like austria-hungry or regain Spanish Naval Dominance. i like this game alot and watching your lets play as well.

The Shoot Info panel in battle will tell you what the problem is with accuracy. You definitely need to set your speed to cruise during a fight. The bonuses will typically negate a lot of negative percentages

You're receiving an awful lot of flash fires considering the era you're in. Have you considered a bit more of a conservative loadout? I mean, these are expensive vessels, no need to roleplay the British at Jutland.

Instead of waiting for ceasefires to claim territory, why dont you build up large fleets and start some naval invasions? Unless you think that would end the game too fast

Also probably found the flaw in the design of those 6 turret battleships, you cant armor the bow and stern sections enough to give them adequate protection
