You got to admit that he nailed this song

Fun Fact: During the filming of this DVD and immediately after this number, you'll see Hoff slump to the floor as the bed rolls in. This wasn't supposed to happen, actually. He passed out cold after exerting too much during the first and second act.

Yeah, say what you want about the Hoff, but you can't deny that the man is giving everything he has to the role

That song sounds like it would be really hard to sing

I'm surprised he got up and did Lucy's death scene, Confrontation scene, and the Wedding scene, after what happened after this scene.

3:56 to 4:24 is my favorite part! That note he hits at 4:05 with the word “has” is my favorite! Very powerful!

How can anyone say David Hasselhoff wasn't a good Jekyll/Hyde after this?

Hasselhoff has the most heroic high notes of any Jekyll I’ve heard at this point.

this must be your first time then
@borisvandruff75325 жыл бұрын
ChrisMagoo99 Tell me whose high notes have more of that rich operatic color than Hasselhoff. That is a heroic voice, suited to Wagner if he were an opera singer.

Trash this mans singing all you want, he hit the notes. He can do more than any modern day popular song artists

was it jekyll or hyde that burned his work?

Hyde
@Disneyfreak_83 жыл бұрын
I actually think it was Jekyll. To me he was so overcome with not making progress that he burned his work to start over. Plus The Way Back is performed by the Jekyll side of the character
@florarimar15463 жыл бұрын
I think based on the body language it's the representation of how Jekyll is torned between his desire of duality and his life as Jekyll.
@beaniepup55936 жыл бұрын
Pff he still didn't hold the last note for ten seconds like Anthony Warlow did xD
@chacha_rouge6 жыл бұрын
HE PASSED OUT BECAUSE OF IT if that's not good quality singing I don't know what is. Holding a note long isn't the most important, also when you've just tired yourself with 2 hours of singing like a madman obviously you don't sing notes as long as in studio
@Soulkeep5 жыл бұрын
start at 4:14 end at 4:23... also he had to act not just sing
