How about this for a challenge. You have to pick up the medic pack and a Skorpion and the VSS when you find them. The Skorpion must be your main. No 5's, no 7's, just 9's all day. And no crate weapons either. L3 helm and armor are allowed.

Canted sight. It's for having both a long scope and a red dot at the same time so you can switch between them. It is useful in certain situations.
