My daughter is 11 she has chronic musculoskeletal pain, hypermobility, Raynauds phenomenon and chronic migraines. Has she had a lumbar puncture to see if she has raised intracranial pressure? What you described sounds very like the symptoms of the condition I live with called idiopathic intracranial hypertension. First step is get her eyes tested to see if her optic discs as swollen. X

I wish I knew the story of the faeries but I fall asleep after about 4 words...lol. And this is kind of a miracle since I'm struggling with anxiety right now. If I wake up anxious in the middle of the night I just hit play again and I'm sleeping after a few words. It's magic!

Honest Guys, I have listened to your meditations for years and you've helped me so much. Thank you for that! However, lately I've been searching for ways to calm my rather strong nocturnal panic attacks & I can't seem to find any videos or meditations that are focused on this type of anxiety. Most of it is for sleep for regular stress or generalized anxiety. Although I take all anxiety seriously, the nocturnal panic attacks are hard to fit into these other methods of recuperation & then sleep. If you do end up considering doing something like this please let me know because I'd love to hear it, especially with your music & sounds & in your voice!

We don’t ever (now) make anything that focuses on negative things (such as panic) Any and all meditation can help with that, but it only makes things worse to focus on them. Our autogenic mediation is an old (relatively speaking) modality that is very useful for panic

I've always imagined the little old lady as one of the.guardians, or caretakers and guides of the haven... She knows so much about each of the places we visit. I feel like she is passing her knowledge to us, that the guardians are trusting us with the secrets. The fey folk, the stag, the pony trap driver, the old man in the manor gardens, maybe even the people who operate the dream weaver...the people and animals are all helping in some way. They help us to open our eyes to the world around us, in the meditations or visualisations and then we can take the awareness into our own little part of the real world. My heart wants to link all of the fantasy meditations from the Honest guys together. Somehow navarr, the elven meditations, the dream weaver and the haven have all become parts of the fantasy world I picture when I meditate. They exist as parts of the whole. Maybe it's just my love of intricate stories that take time to develop but each meditation feels like a new scene or chapter added to an epic adventure, the quest of a lifetime.
