I have a question about the Celestion Reinforcements ability. What happens to a unit that has already been brought back with the ability? For example, 10 Temple Guards. The first time, 5 come back. These are then destroyed again. If the ability is successful again, do 5 models come back or just 2-3 models?

Technically just the 3. When you bring them back the first time it then becomes a new unit of 5.

I was taught that unless an "in addition" is added for clarity then it's really easy for the listener to think it's "instead of." I chalk that down to differences within cultures then.

In your example there would have to be some specification that after you chose it gets cancelled out. Like i pick a) in multiple choice, i get it wrong, wrong being the cancel, they say choose another. I still got more than one though. Guessing American.

I hate the engine, it should be useful on every turn, not saving power and then if you roll well you might get what you need when you need it. You could spend the whole game doing nothing or saving until it is too late to be useful.

Once again they screwed up the Engine of the Gods, that units whole "power-up" mechanic is so bad I had hoped the Prayer mechanic was a sign they would fix it. If you could role the dice and then say if you were to harness or reserve power it would be maybe useful (returning Kroxigor or Striking First is always good but it is context dependent). As it stands you have to do nothing for at minimum 2 turns, and hope that +2 is enough for turn 3. And on a 3+ at best for good effects is just not good enough to bring this thing. Prayers don't have this charge up problem because you role the prayer dice and gain the power level, then you spend the points for the effect you want. Everything else looks awesome, but in my judgement for now the Engine is doodoo.

Looks like the Engine of the God's will remained shelved!! That's a horrible warscroll. 5 turns and you can bank power points for 1 ....then next turn you use the power point and roll a 1...whamp whamp...nothing happens, and this thing is useless, or you bank 2 turns to guarantee something...but then this things done nothing for 2 turns....and all the outcomes are also random.. just terrible.
