Totally agree, I registered for a DJ41 with the Wimbledon dial, two tone Rolesor, fluted bezel and Oyster bracelet. Got the call from the AD and paid the retail for it! Absolutely love it and it's my dream watch, didn't even think about resale as I bought it for me to enjoy and appreciate, it's my first ever Rolex and I'm chuffed to pieces! 🎉

Steel Sky Dweller with a Blue dial on Jubilee - Incredibly difficult to obtain at AD. It doesn't matter much between 32x (discontinued) and 33x references if you are looking to buy grey. This particular model should slowly creep back up in price over the coming months and is certainly one to hold for 5yrs+ - It's a VIP watch that Rolex AD's only sell to their heavy spenders.

Rootbeer in Canada goes for 24500-26000 depending on year and condition. It’s a definite yes in Canada. I’m not sure why anyone would sell you the most in demand rolex to loose 1000-3000 pounds when you can sell them yourself in a dozens of watch groups. Batman/girl, mint green dj, sprite, root beer, steel Daytona, Skydweller in blue or green are all easy to sell.

My prediction is that this time next year, the only watches you'll be paying over retail for will be stainless steel GMTs, the most desirable Daytonas, Tiffany OP, Celebration OP and some Subs. Everything else you'll be paying less than retail, with you selling them at retail or slightly below.

Our current stock always remain the same price online after an increase. Any new stock in we will have to pay a higher price so of course will sell for a higher price.

At the current conversion rate that’s £13,400 and is inline with the prices we’re seeing online. Most clients choose the plain dials, however, so it can prove a slower seller in the market! But we’d always advise that you buy what you like and buy to wear, that way you can never go wrong 🙌🏻💯

Love your channel! I was recently offered by my AD after waiting quite some time to buy the two tone Daytona with black dial with diamonds at the hour markers, and I absolutely love it. You are spot on in this video at 10:50 that the watch is simply stunning. Hi mate, Unfortunately, due to recent market trends and the Rolex RRP increase, you would expect to lose money on both of these combinations. You’d stand to lose a lot of money on a full everrose gold piece and only lose a little on the two tone - so two tone would be the better option 🙌🏻💯

Do you have any knowledge about the grey/used markets outside UK? Specifically in Norway, but also in other areas. When I buy a watch, I'm just happy if it keeps it's value. Is there import taxes to pay? Or once I wire you the money is there anything else I am responsible for? That is the real question. I find your prices with the dollar to the pound to be better than most prices here in the US at times. I have bought many watches from various Grey dealers here in the US and just wire my trusted dealers, and in 1-2 days I have the watch with no tax as long as it is a wired transfer. Is this the same for you guys or is there an import tax I am responsible for? Thanks for helping me out here! Rootbeer is coming closer and closer to my budget. That’s going to be another keeper. I like the new Daytona also but that won’t happen in my lifetime. I’m content with my black dial 116520. It’s interesting to see that Rolex is finally catching up with the grey dealers. Back to the good old days when you could get a used ss sport watch 30% below retail.

Enjoy your content but never seen you mention the Air King? Seems unloved by many but the current 126900 version is very much its own watch and quite unique to the Rolex line up unlike the mess that was the 116900! picked up the 126 recently just under retail but tracking one down was hard and took a while as not many on the market unlike the 116 version that is easy to pick up, just interested in the LWC opinion of this watch?
