The long grain rice used in Indian cuisine is usually basmati rice. Also, leftover Indian food tastes better the next day as the flavours are more intense. A tip for reheating the naan is sprinkle a few drops of water on it before you heat it up in the oven and it comes out like it was freshly made. Great video. Love how descriptive you were with the flavours and textures.

The choila is a Newari dish. The cuisine is of the Newar community who are form Nepal. Altho, traditionaly we have buff choila (water buffalo), over the years, people have added their own twist to it. Momo is almost the national dish of our small country. I shit you not, the entire population will say that its their fav dish. I'm surprised there are restaurants in the states that offer the 2 dishes xD

If you like goat, then you have to try the Goat/Mutton Biryani. Biryani is bomb. There are various versions of it depending on which part of the country you from, but all pretty decent in their own right. You can have it with Raita, which is yoghurt based and salan which is a meat curry. Apart from that you can have different types of kababs as well. My fav being Galouti kababs. Also if you get your hands on Tandoori chicken, miss it not. As for desert, you got to try the Jalebis. And for appetizers , freshly cooked pakoras. And if you're lucky, then mutton samosas are also a different game all together. But to enhance your experience with the flavors, it is very important to have your food either hot or atleast warm. Yep, even for them Gulab Jamun and the Jalebis as well. Hot Indian food raises the bar even higher. Finally, love those biceps.

1st time someone replied me thanks for thay, .... if you smell food before eating, it will smell more delicious because of that steam, but it will taste less delicious when you eat ... thats why never smell before eating enjoy food with your mouth, ... and we dont use our left hand because we wipe our ass@s with left hand.....and we indian think left hand is full of sins used for bad things....
