Back when they were still in beta, they actually did, but they removed it because it basically made it so you didn't have to ever visit an outpost so long as you had a tent stashed in the ATV.

What I learned driving it was that the reverse is working as a break yes, but the space-bar work as a hand break letting you do hand break slides and that is really fun ha ha :D Great video :D

a great fair review covering pretty much anything one would need to know as a before-you-buy it showcase presentation... well-done mate... I'm new to this Hunter game and I was wondering if it's worth having this paid DLC or not and this is the best presentation I could find on KZbin, even if there are so many "content creators" out there addressing the topic... one note tho' now, in Dec 2021, they changed it in multiplayer, if you don't own (yet) the DLC, like me, you can't spawn one, even if the host has the DLC enabled... great review mate... keep doing what you're doing, if you're still making content for this...

@@skeeeeet5954 this is how it works as far as I found out: if the original host who started the session owns the DLC and remains online not leaving the session then in theory anyone else can spawn it even if they don't own the DLC... I don't own it but a friend does so he started the session invited me in and then I could spawn it... However it comes with a huge cost of scaring all the animals in a 300 m radius wherever you go... so it's advisable to use it at the end of your actual hunt, while not hunting in fact, maybe to just travel around to discover new locations on the map...

I used it and got several animals and parked right by the stand. They walked right by it about 3 minutes after I got there

They are great for new players to explore the maps but they have been designed with pad use in mind the on/off that a key on a keyboard generates makes them the most frustrating element of the game they should just work all they are is a means of faster travel/exploration and the only peramiter they should have is noice polution so you learn where to get off before you get to the hunting spot.

You can't run over animals - I tried. Hit a boar like 5 times from behind with my ATV and the boar was fine. For some weird reason I on the other hand died from that. Didn't crash the ATV, just me. A tad unrealistic - but I guess they put it like that to not have people use ATVs instead of guns.

if you were playing multi-player and someone were to be able to steal your ATV...you could go to your cache and recall it leaving the thief to go tumbling as it was jerked from under him while he was making his getaway...might be fun...oh the word cache is French ...the "e" is silent....it's pronounced "cash"...just FYI

Xbox is the same as ps4 and pc bud the game does not change only thing that changes is a is x and x is sqaure and o is b and y is triangle

FezzantPlucka Yes, there's a little ATV icon on your map. You can't fast-travel to it however.

A, E, R, G. A and G are strafe left/right respectively, and E and R are backwards and forwards, respectively. I have big mitts, so that's just where my hand naturally and comfortably falls on the keyboard, with my thumb on space. WASD just feels cramped and uncomfortable.

You can, however you cannot damage animals with the ATV. In fact, running into an animal will damage you instead.
