12:34min - dumplings typically go with ginger shreds in vinegar. Next time, pick the vinegar instead of soy sauce or cut chilli. For the chilli heat, pick chilli oil version.

from Telok Ayer station to another direction, there's a 2 storey Amoy food centre..which I think most tourists don't know😁everyone just heads to Maxwell. Chinatown area has like 4 hawker centres. One is called Chinatown Complex which is the largest in Singapore.

Yeah, when you use Visa/MasterCard on Sg buses and trains, the system 'holds' 10 cents (SGD) on your card for each trip. The actual fare will be deducted later, but as your older girls are using the Adult farecards, you'll be charged the same fare at SGD1.09. Hope this is clear. :) The reason that nominal 10cents is charged is because the fare system has to talk to your card/bank to transact your fare. This takes a bit longer - think of the few seconds it takes when you tap your bank card at a retail store, multiply that over everyone else using their bank cards, you'll see the delay that adds up. So, in order to process passengers faster, they take 10cents first, then charge the balance of total fare later.

Ahh ok 👌🏼 thank you 😊

Singapore is a very expensive country. If multi-culturalism is your thing, Singapore ain't the only one in Asia because there are better options available. As for the people, I find them to be the most materialistic folks there are. Also, I find most of them to be lacking in warmth, friendliness and sincerity. Sorry to say this but it almost seems like they befriend you with a motive. They are very nice to you if you are a Caucasian but I won't say the same for non-Caucasian, as me non-Caucasian mates did not receive the same nice welcoming treatments from them when we were there..... several times.
