This one looks so good. Reminds me of the strength we saw when The Sauce came out a few yrs back. Sym solid with a BIG cover stock. Have a longer pin one. And drilled a 2” pin one that killed it till it cracked 😢. The Hazmat solid looks like it could be a good one to run a short pin on and a long pin.

Good stuff Charles. My current line up is BW 3 0 into the Phaze 2, but I am looking for a strong asymm pearl like the Hammer Effect, DNA Coil, or Crimson Jackal to fit in between. I may wait to see what comes out of Bowl Expo.

If you are looking for sideways hammer effect, my favorite between the ones listed is the crimson jackal.

The one thing that stands out for me with the Hazmat Solid is the LACK of HK22. This should effectively make the Hazmat Solid slightly weaker than the Widow 3.0. That said, with the core and cover combination, this should put it stronger than the Hammer Scandal, which for when it was released, was Hammer's hardest hooking ball, and it was a symmetrical solid as well. If Charles could get his hands on a Scandal, that would be a great comparison, especially given the lack of HK22 in the coverstock.

Lane shine I think it will get a little quicker, but I would advise keeping surface on it and letting it be strong solid than moving to cleaner options that will do the job better on house shots especially

This is the first ball I’ve seen coming from the B7 house that is a follow up to an original HK22 ball…that doesn’t feature HK22. But it rolls good without it. Also, Hutch…since you’re promoting KR Strikeforce’s new bowling shoes, they should sign you to their regional staff.

i am a low rev player, but not super consistent. I throw a hazmat hybrid and the new artic vibe. It has improved my game by about 10 to 15 pins.. more as i practice. having the hazmat hybrid, would you suggest i add this one too? being a different coverstock? doing a ball league and trying to decide.

If you don’t have a spare ball. I would say go that route first. But this definitely adds more versatility to that bag! This becomes more of the game 1 ball.
