You guys asked for it, so here it is!! Me turning a cheap grocery store cake into a 3D carved epic Christmas cake for the holidays! Instead of making a viral wedding cake, I thought I would try making an easy cute snowglobe of our dog Archie!

My favorite holiday tradition would definitely be playing treasure hunt where our family is divided into two teams and they compete to win prizes. Losers have to drink lime juice! 😂

I'm actually indian so we don't really celebrate Christmas, but we do kinda... so my favorite family tradition is to go to this one kind of exhibition called cake show (it actually has nothing to do with Christmas but it just happens during the holiday season), it's a place where there are tons of cakes made into objects and there are a TON of stalls that have soo much fun stuff!! I love going to that exhibition and that's the closest thing to a Christmas tradition as there are no ACTUAL traditions here

The cake turned out great! Just a tip: you could've used manicurist scissors to cut into the figurine to make a "furry" texture. Since Archie is so fuzzy 😍

That is SO CUTE! The Archie is adorable! And, that icing is perfect for that because it looks fluffy like snow! My favorite tradition is going to the tree lighting in the city next to where I grew up. This is the first year my 1 year old daughter will get to go!

@@SugarellaSweets - Fair enough you do have similar videos, I didn't scroll far enough, my apologies - however as for the globe - kzbin.info/www/bejne/eKW5fWegjN-Cibc is a video from icing artist 5 years ago (2016) . For the origami cake you have more of a case at least on youtube, your "style" of origami cake is defiantly the oldest i could find, but certainly isn't the only "origami" cake, nor the oldest. kzbin.info/www/bejne/e3u3gXdqn6t8ha8. I would be cautious how you post here like you have been, it's very aggressive and accusatory and definitely isn't going to give you the attention you actually want. If want to accuse her of theft I would just do so, the backhandedness here seems off - or I would just reach out to her.

Hi! Quick paint tip for the red to white transition--if you add a layer of gray (straight gray, so equal portions black and white) between the white and the red, the red won't bleed through the white. Works for paint, why not frosting? :D Love the cake you made--fondant Archie turned out adorable!

I made sugar cookies last year. I'm hoping to continue it but this year I couldn't do it because of my exams. But, I'm making a Caramel Pudding with my grandma for the Christmas dinner at my uncle's house. My grandma makes the best pudding. I love your videos and they inspire me a lot. Oh wow! What a great idea to cut fondant with a cookie cutter type cutter using the plastic wrap so it doesn't stick to the cutter! That came out beautifully!

You can make the dome part using clear gelatin and a balloon, that way the whole cake is edible.

I grew up in a Swiss/Greek household. So every year we would put candles on the tree and light them and open presents Christmas eve and then the ones from "Santa" Christmas morning. We drive around looking at all the Christmas houses and drink hot chocolate on Christmas eve as well. Every year we get a new ornament for the tree for everyone in the house. That laptop is pretty!
