That is so funny. Me and my wife do the "Julie" and "Got to hide these" from death in the family. As a 7-8 yo old boy from 1977-78 I was obsessed with The Incredible hulk. My favorite episodes were the ones that had the coolest transformations especially from the pilots and season 1-2. When David's voice changed they were the best with the glowing green faces. Something definitely changed for me after the voice of the hulks growl and roars ubrupltly changed after The Episode 30 The Confession " close to the end of season 2. Much later after the Internet came around I found out about Ted Cassidy and his death in Jan of 79. The growls and roars from Ted Cassidy and how Lou visualized it was just something special. I can only imagine how much better season 3 would have been with Ted Cassidy's voice as the Hulk. I feel very lucky having grown up when I did.

It's still amazing that Lou Ferrigno did his own stunts on the Incredible Hulk. He's still amazing to see his performance on this show.😊

When the Hulk stopped the Jeep and shook it with the man trying to kill Claudia, then threw him into the pool was great. Also loved how gentile he was with Claudia after he rescued her.

The 1980 Incredible Hulk animated series was also good as well yet it was short lived. Only lasted for 13 episodes on NBC Saturday morning lineup.

Yeah, they re-used footage left and right. Especially the transformation scenes. I know Bixby hated the "demi-Hulk" makeup, but it seems to me they could've filmed him from a bunch of different angles, lighting, shirts, etc, in one day and then they'd have plenty of "fresh" transformation footage in the can.

Lou Ferrigno is the best Hulk. The movies really disappointed with POOR CGI. Not scary or intimidating at all.

I agree that the show was much better with a real-life massive bodybuilder (Lou Ferrigno) as the Hulk rather than the current CGI version.. I know that limited the types of feats of strength the Hulk could perform but I actually find the strength level of Lou's Hulk to be much more impressive.
