There is a story behind kaladi...actually when pahadi tribes of jammu (gujjars and bakerwals) use to come from hills to plains with milk their milk used to curdle ...so they invented a way of selling that milk by making cheese out of it ...Kaladi comes from Udhampur...hills samroli Ramnagar...etc ..
