I live in canada and i recommend staying away from here for 2-3 years unless you are super rich. Job market is effed, rent is insane, and groceries are sky high. I have many Indian friends who burned all their family savings trying to survive here. Even I'm unemployed since 7 months.

Bhai abbotsford se Vancouver 1 hour plus travel on your own car. Plus that car and car insurance if you can afford because that too is expensive. Your first advise is not practical solution. For newcomers 1 hour is different in India and 1 hour is different in Canada because life is too fast paced and busy so 1 hour plus travel matters a lot. From Surrey it takes around 45 mints on car for downtown Vancouver so abbotsford is more towards east from Surrey so travel time is like going to hell. Too far and long road everyday. A student who needs to manage food, college and work timing abbotsford is not a solution

The jobs criris is also there, its super hard to even get a decent job. the govt is making the PR super hard, even that for a normal person it will be nearly impossible to get PR without any good skill which canada needs. No way with the current inflation. Even if you save 15 cad /hour. per month saving 15*80*4 = cad 4800. pehle do saal toh fees vich nikal jayenge. baaki do saal saving = ~10k max to max ~15k cad when you work 80 HOURS per week bro...16 ghante kaam...without transport, sleep, khana, nahana etc.
