I feel your pain, I just painted one it had a reaction and all of the panels pulled. Had to strip the entire car down and start over.

Looks good man. Those bumpers can be tedious. I use upol high build primer and dolphin glaze. It’s a little more than the stuff you used but it’s way easier to work and sand with. The fish eyes at the bumper you thought you had were mostly likely an adhesion issue. Bully dog or adhesion promoter on the bumpers will take care of that. 👍

Could you share some details about the Sata gun? Really nice atomization and not much overspray in the air. Also seemed to have decent air consumption. All in all an awesome paint job…well done!

Earned yourself a subscriber. Awesome vid. Polyurethane bumper product question already answered, but what was happening with that prep? Dremel and a carbide bur to "V" the poly before the filler went on? Appreciate your informative vids. Thank you.

That was a crack repair so yes I did a V and then used a 2 part epoxy to repair it.. unfortunately I didn't get it on video.

Careful with fumes..guy down the street from me just lost over 50k mustang.150k plymouth road runner and most importantly ( his life ) gas leak and welding. always have proper ventilation

Nice. I have a 92 hatch saleen clone kinda lol. It's jewel green sunroof great leather 80k mile car. Great car. Question, I want to keep it pushrod, I'm been looking at the blueprint motors new 347 sbf design with sniper 2? That kinda the question rebuilding a factory block or a 4 bolt blueprint. If your high build isnt covering over 180 scratchs then you deff jeed to switch primers. My high build litterally covers 80 scratchs without a worry... doesnt shrink back imto them either. Mines also a High solids tho not no hi tek
