@4:34 he says scope mount attatched to the gun to help angle it upward. Correct me if i’m wrong but a scope mount is on top the gun or picany rail where you mount the scope rings to that hold the scope... A tripod is what mounts to the rifle on bottom side usually towards the front to help support the gun and keep steady. Most are on a swivle that allows the gun to be rotated up down side to side. They mount either on a picany rail or a pin where you would attach a sling. Some even have telescopic legs to elevate or drop . The spirals are called rifelings in the barrel.They have different twists that can heavily determine the accuracy and what rounds will be the most accurate .If i’m wrong then I stand corrected.

Speaking on temperature affect on bullets. A 40 degree Fahrenheit change in temperature changed my 800 yard elevation adjustment from 25 MOA to 23 MOA on the hotter day. That's 210 inches to 193.2 inches!
