In Canada a reporter once walked right up to the Prime Minister during a terrorist crisis and confronted him about the new security measures he was instating.....yet he could still just walk right up to him. About 25 years later, with a different PM, a guy ran up to him at a ceremony and the Prime minister himself grabbed the guy by the neck and brought him down.
