Mongolian do not have the right to claim entire Asia, they didn't build those countries, they conquered them. The right of owning each country falls to the one who found them and ruled by their own people, they can decide to leave and be independent, or not. The only thing they need to be worry is no protection from other nations for them when being invaded. Actually, there are other disadvantage as well, but I guess most do know about it.

But, if you say they have the right to rule those countries because they once ruled and developed them, then how about other country like Great Britain? British Empire was once the greatest empire on the world, they've colonized many countries before and even developed them. Does that mean Great Britain have the right to reclaim those lands? The land do not belong to outsider, it belong to those who were born on that land. It is natural for conquerors to develop lands they have conquered. The same goes to China, it doesn't mean they have the right to take other country just because they were once part of it. China itself isn't great, it is the small lands that have unified to become one great country and these small lands are called, states.

It isn't as simple as that, historically China has the pattern of mindset that expand to area where they consider defensive or defensible position, because historically they have been invaded more then doing the invasion (usually because they are the richest). You would note that most of the territory towards India are for the purpose of strategic defense, thus far the patterns holds true. Historically, they generally don't move beyond what they consider 'their'. That said, I have no love for current mainland system or their nationalism, they are not trustworthy in any shape way or form... sooner they go, the better.

The problem with China right now and for the next couple decades is their aging population. They only have 18% of their pop from 0-14 yrs whereas India's is 24.6% for the same. Natural mineral resources are one thing, but human power is another. China might be powerful now in population, but the quality and vibrancy of that population will give way to India regionally in the next couple decades. Further, their old policy of one child per family has caught up to them. Most families had chosen boys instead of females which puts 30 million Chinese men of family rearing age without spouses or children with some obtaining wives from other ethnicities like America, Europe, Russia and even many trafficked in from North Korea. So they're not remaining "ethnically pure" and this diversity will cause problems for the party within. China makes itself seem monolithic and imposing, and it is, but it is not quite as powerful as they make themselves appear. Even with all the issues in the US today, we are still a power to be reckoned with in terms of trade and military. Even if that declines a bit in the coming decade we are still very much ahead.

Actually it was a country but when Pakistan invaded it, the king requested India for assistance and India would annex it and then India annexed parts of Kashmir which was unoccupied by Pakistan and then they addressed it to UN and then the nowdays border is there and Kashmir is divided.
