He could have his associates create fake identities and hope to get into the same prison as him, or request it, the prison would change because of human rights activists, then prisoners are allowed to come in contact with each other . He fakes his own death in the shower and has his guards disguise as the death crew and take him out of there. They have a full blown funeral and he is believed dead by the world.

NOW, BIG PHARMA....IS responsible for the killing of over 80,000 American citizens who die every year from overdose of LEGAL OPIOID DRUGS. Now I do disagree with the people deciding to do drugs, they're still victims, the beginning of an addiction is merely contextual and can be attributed to many things, most of them thanks to cartels and drug dealers being present in certain areas more than others, so I believe that drug lords like el Chapo are more responsible than the addicts. I’m 15, and was wrongly arrested for a crime I didn’t commit. I was send to YDC (youth detention center) for a week. since the corona stuff, the first 10 days were 100% quarantine. I was in the same room all day all night for 23 hours and 45 minutes a day. my food tray was brought to my room, and a toilet was already in there, so the only time I got to leave or even see anyone else was the 5-10 minutes I got to take a shower a day. El chapo leaves his cell more than I did, that’s absolutely insane to me. I was going crazy in there. Of course I missed my family all night and couldn’t sleep so I’d be up all night in the dark, unable to see, also I’d be so so dehydrated going days without water, the guards or whatever they were would straight up refuse to give me anything to drink. It was awful.

You can communicate with prisoners at ADX Florence or any other ADX. They are tough places and the cells are sound resistant not sound proof. You can knock on walls or talk into the pipes which allows you to communicate in a block. Meaning the people celled beside of you and directly under or above you. From there the message is forwarded to whoever it was intended. To go outside for a hour you just have to get someone who will go outside with you since they don't take 1 out at a time they do 2 - 6. Yes you can get contraband just like anywhere else.
@GeekRaj
