Uh...Mercury isn't the hottest planet in or solar system. Venus is, due to its runaway greenhouse effect. Neptune isn't the coldest either, Uranus is, since Neptune produces a lot more heat in its core than Uranus. In fact Uranus's atmosphere is colder that its rings, being that the former is light blue and the latter is darker that tar, the ring particle collect slightly more heat from the distant sun.

actually no planet would be more habitable for humans - life borned there, and was evolving there for million years - even small less/bigher gravity / a bit diffrent atmosphere / a bit shorter/longer day a bit shorter/longer year a bit higher/lower temperature or even how planet is rotated (like if u see earth globe model it is rotated a bit) (this affect how long winter/summer etc. is) - that would be every hard for peoples to get used to, for example all humans are "programmed" with inside-clock that tell us is it time to sleep or not and it only work on planet that have 24h long day
