32:18 you can’t drive for 6 weeks and the after recovery is so much harder. My friend had one a few weeks ago and she said her pain is unbearable and her wound isn’t neat, she 100% regrets it. And that’s been the same for everyone I know upto now who’s had one 😔 xxx

I can’t wait to see the new baby. I had my tube tied ( only had one due to ectopic) when I had my youngest by C-section. I would not recommend getting your tubes tied at any point. Before you decide look into the cons. Like Tubal Legation Syndrome or still being able to fall pregnant. I have fallen pregnant multiple times since my section and tube tide sadly lost them all. No contraceptive is 100% not even the snip. But you guys do what you think is right for you. But in my experience I would not recommend getting tubes tide at all. Oh yeah when you have your tubes tide while having a section your tubes can swell so the band doesn’t fit your actual tube and can be loose and still fall pregnant if that makes sense. Look forward to seeing your journey through life as a family of 8. ❤❤

We have a 9 seater vito aswel and love it. We use it for football and can take everything from Scotland to Ireland for a tournament. All sorts of kit, luggage the lot and still had space in the boot. Only issue we hate is the middle seat in the front hits all the radio heater etc. No leg space.

I have had 4 c-sections.. during my last I had my tubes taken .. by far the last was the best recovery I had ! They “kick” you out of the hospital as quick as they can after it now .. recovery at home was amazing! You get to plan your life if you have a c section, I set myself up before hand in the bedroom with everything I am gonna need and “camp” out in there for a week or so … I was driving after about 3 weeks .. as long as you can do an emergency stop you should be ok (I also checked with my insurance) … Congratulations though 🎉

SARAH…..I absolutely agree with you on the “ getting funky” with the kids in the same van, RV, what have you. Nope, no way. My mama taught me there is a time and a place for everything and that is not the time or the place❤ agreed! I had 2 c-sections. Your right , you can’t drive for 6 weeks. BTW….. my husband had the surgery , it didn’t seem that bad! Compared to what I went through. It’s nothing. Lol. So so happy for you both❤❤❤❤❤

My maternal grandfather was the youngest of nine his eldest sister was 21 when he was born and they were incredibly close. My middle name is a derivative of her first name, my first name (my proper one not my nickname) also comes from one of his sisters. I’m the youngest of five with sisters that are 12,11,& 5.5 years older and my only brother smack in the middle is 8 years older. It wasn’t a big deal and still isn’t. Don’t worry about it the kids will all work it out themselves. 🙂💖🐈🐈‍⬛

I’ve had 3 c sections and I had my tubes tied. I don’t recommend having my tubes tied. It is definitely final at that point. And one day you just might change your mind. It just gives you a choice. I have always regretted mine. I would give anything to have had many more children. So I definitely don’t recommend. By the way, I just watched he video where Esme painted the picture of Taylor Swift. Please tell her that she did a beautiful job. She is so talented! She is really good with her crafts. I know you are proud of her! Well, proud of all of them I’m sure. Congratulations on your baby. Looking forward to following your journey!

Don't have a c-section I've had 4 and not through personal choice. The recovery is horrific, and the complications that can happen are just not worth it. Your body has shown you time and time again that you can deliver your babies safely. That in itself is an absolute gift. Congratulations to you all.

I have Had 3 of them and they got worse each time. They have to recut through tissue. The recovery got easier with each one because I knew what I was doing. But I have been on numerous diets and my upper stomach will get really small. But my lower stomach stays big and i'm just waiting to save ten thousand dollars so that I can get it removed.. Like the other girl said if you couldn't deliver naturally why would you not.. I don't even know why your doctor would give you an option to have a section if you can deliver naturally

I had two elective csection and one emergency... well I say elective but both babies were breach... I had my tubes tied with the last baby .. I have regretted it immensely .. because I would have loved another baby.. I am 46 and still having regular periods and zero menopause symptoms so could probably get pregnant if I wasn't.. but if you are both 100% against having any more ..its a pretty easy op to get over. . I had a spinal and had it that way ... but I will say the back pain is horrendous following it xxx

Congratulations to you both! I 100% know what you’re on about. My main symptom of anxiety is sickness so if I get sick anywhere and it’s really traumatic for me, when I think about it I can start to panic and feel sick ect. It’s such an odd feeling.

So exciting…..lovely vlog tonight, enjoyed listening to you both. ❤ Definitely stick with a labour and birth as nature intended, it will be much easier and safer for you both…the recovery from major abdominal surgery is 6weeks minimum and picking up/holding your baby can be very difficult with stitches across your tummy and muscles…if you decide to have tubes tied do it next year by keyhole, much quicker recovery..If Chris decides on vasectomy maybe it could be booked for after summer holidays before the new baby comes. It’s a minor surgical procedure with a few days recovery. Just keep discussing it there’s plenty of time…do what’s right for you.. very happy for you all xx

Sarah I suffered with HG with my little girl born march 2022 and honestly it was the worst thing I’ve ever gone through! And I’m currently waiting for a load of referrals to gastro team, ultrasounds, bloods and neurologists as I’m still being sick to this very day! My symptoms are only getting worse and I’m not even pregnant anymore! If you can ask your doctors about ondansetron 4mg they are the best anti sickness tablets I’ve ever come across! Although I’m becoming slightly immune to there effects now😢(been on them since 2021) x

I am 21 months Postpartum and I still get PTSD from hearing and seeing things that I did with hyperemesis. I can’t watch certain KZbinrs because I instantly feel sick because I tried to watch them during my pregnancy. PTSD is real from HG and it scares me to get pregnant again. I finally felt a little better around 20 weeks but remained on medication until birth. It’s an unspoken and taboo subject so Thanku for raising it and sharing how hard it can be. I’m SO glad you’re feeling a bit better!! Huge congrats. You’re a trooper and a role model!❤️❤️

I got food poisoning and my husband and son were fine but they love the place I got it from. I can’t think about that place or even look at it when we drive by. It’s been a few years and i can’t. Sarah def don’t have a c-section if you don’t need to have one. I have had one with my 14yrold and one with my 2yr old. First one wasn’t to bad after. One with my two year old was awful. The pain was so bad after couldn’t sit up and when I went to see my lil man in nicu day after he was born I stood up ended up fainting fell back on the floor whacked my head on the chair. Once I got discharged (which was so hard to do as I had to leave my lil man in nicu we live 1hr away from where he was born) I made sure I rested well my two older children was 11 and 12 so was much easier to rest. I didn’t do any household stuff for a while just took it easy for a couple weeks. If I wasn’t spending time at the hospital with my lil man I was resting at home and spending time with the older two. My oldest I was sick loads with him was so horrible. The other two I wasn’t so bad only couple times thankgod. We would love another one we have 3 atm, but I keep changing my mind all 3 pregnancy I have had have been premature baby’s oldest son was 2months early, daughter was 3 months early and my youngest was 2 months early. So I have to think can I go through another pregnancy knowing I will have another premature baby as I have been told I can’t carry full term. My youngest was the hardest pregnancy near to the end I got admitted into hospital 8 weeks before I had the c-section hospital was 1hr away from where we live xx

I sympathise so much, I had hyperemesis in both my pregnancies and those were some of the hardest times I've ever been through.I was in about out of hospital and weighed just over 7 stone by the time I gave birth. A friend used to bring me The Mirror to read as she got it free at work and for years afterwards I couldn't even look at a copy without retching because it reminded me of being sick for 20 hours a day. Ugh, hopefully you're over the worst now. Congratulations and make sure you get as much as rest as you can!

How you managed to keep going I don't know because I was just throwing up and sleeping. I'm glad it's settled down for you now and got better. This is such amazing news. I also had PTSD with the sickness I couldn't even look at my partner with out being sick because I knew he'd had a fag and I couldn't cope with the smell or I'd known he'd eaten and I couldn't stand the smell of food. Definately bring Sarah says Channel back and give yourself a nice space to just breath and celebrate this pregnancy , also to have a space for support from other women ..as for having an elective C-Section to tie your tubes , uh ..no ! That's major abdominal surgery that carries high risk factors and also you cut nerves that then have phantom pains for years ( like incision pain ) with also life long numbness that hurts ..the incision scar hurts for life ...those are just a short list of the risks and life changes of a C-Section and for us that had emergency C-sections ( in my case to save my daughter's life ) you throw risk factors and fears out the window ! Go with your other option of tied tubes ( both partners ) at a different time when your done with pregnancy and healing from labor ....just a little information from someone that's had 3 C-sections as well as NATURAL BIRTH ( before and after ) C-Sections are a whole different ball park ..congratulations on baby # 6 !

We have started a youtube channel recently that it's in the boring stages right at this time but when or if I can get it to grow and make money this is my plans for the money. To purchase different toys etc and backpacks to donate to Childrens Hospital. I had. a great nephew that had neuroblastoma and was in the hospital a lot until his passing. My grandson has to use Childrens a lot with his various illness and they give toys out for Christmas and backpacks with items for their birthdays. Also would've to collect new close out clothing to give to the homeless. When I divorced I left with nothing! So I want to help others.

Sooo happy for the you both and your beautiful family! And as far as Chris having a vasectomy, I 100,000,000,000% recommend! My husband had it done almost 2 years ago and it was the absolute best decision ever. He was in and out in less than an hour and the discomfort was extremely minimal and it’s so much easier for him to get snipped than for you to get your tubes tied/removed. So much less invasive! Anyway, love you guys and can’t wait for the newest little bundle!!! 🥰💗💙

Sarah I’ve had 2 emergency c sections, it’s definitely not the easy way out and if you can have a normal birth it’s much better. You can drive before 6 weeks if your insurance say you can , I didn’t have my tubes tied as I wasn’t sure if I had finished having babies but my husband decided that he would have the chop lol

Just have to say one scenario with one of my friends, the husband had a vasectomy, and the wife had her tubes tied. And lo and behold they became pregnant. So when they tell you it can happen it really can happen! Rare, Very rare but it can!! Just make sure Chris you go to a urologist, and go for the check up afterwards! Just to make sure it really worked!

Omg amazing 👏🎉 if it's a boy mila will be protected in the middle if it's a girl it's a little best friend ❤ Just a little story Be careful with the sneak peak my friend used it and it said boy her scan told her girl her test apparently was contaminated with male DNA because she has a partner and 2sons Its a personal question and fine if you don't want to answer but is this baby at risk of hip dysplasia because Mila had it or is it literally just pregnancy to pregnancy? It's safer for the man to get sterilised than the woman anyway sorry Chris 😅 I had a C-section and my insurance wouldn't let me drive for 6weeks and it was very uncomfortable for around 4weeks afterwards and a longer hospital stay I'd love some updates on sarah says ❤

I’m so happy for you both, I watched this channel, when I was only young and it was always holiday videos and Christmas blogs, I watched when it was just Isabel, Isla, and esme, (sorry if I spelt that wrong) I still personally love watching your channel sometimes, and I’m so proud of how far you’ve both come, you have such a lovely community and family, congratulations on the new baby, I hope it’s an amazing journey for you all 🎉❤

I had a section with my little boy jace and had my tubes tied while I was down there at the time I thought it was the right decision..but now I wish I didn't do it as its took that choice away from me, but it isn't hundred percent as our tubes can untie after 10years..xx

Exscuse me a traumatised Brian here! 😂 I’m 19 now but I was named after my dad, I was going to be called Louie all the way through my mum’s pregnancy and my dad wouldn’t have any of it and she lost! I wouldn’t recommend calling the baby Brian if it’s a boy as it’s a bit traumatic from all the old people saying oh I I haven’t heard a Brian in years 😂 I hate my name but I can’t change it now, but hey ho ❤
