What are the examples of signs of instability that can be observed after leaving it overnight? My formula keeps separating during the accelerated stability test and I am wondering if there are any signs of instability that can be observed from the very beginning

Separation, water or oil sitting on top, microbial contamination. You need to do stability testing also to see how it performs in cold and warmer climates over its shelf life.
