This place actually shows that a stolen mower may have been "the last straw", as things as seedling trees, suckers and low limbs were behind on control already. Thank you for for the boost of getting this place back in order so they have a new start. With kids, good to have the grass area again for play and a neat standard as reference. Thanks for "going the extra mile" here. What an unusual little path, now going to "nowhere". There is more Landscape Archeology here than we could have guessed. There are terraces built. Were they originally for flowers, ways of coping with sloped land, natural rock formations? The back pathway may have intersected the house in a different way than now, it looks from the overhead that the deck built was a later addition. All the rock shelves made for unusual mowing. (Always enjoy new ways to use a mower. Your chair push was good.) You had the yard looking well groomed and the house attractive. Best wishes to the family.

Fantastic job. Homeowner’s tip: remove outside mold & dirt with pump sprayer, bleach diluted with water, and small amount of detergent. spray surfaces and rinse shortly with water hose. Best wishes.

Alex, I am glad to see you back again, its been a while since i have seen a video of yours, if you have still been making videos i am sorry You Tube doesn't give me notifications when you have uploaded any videos. You have a heart of gold my friend and it always surprises me how much work you put into each and every yard no mater what the condition is. As for the young father of the three year old, he has nothing to feel ashamed about, its the people who stole what wasn't theirs who need to feel ashamed, its not his fault. I get it times are hard, no one knows that more than me. Hundreds of people are also feeling the pinch of rising prices on groceries and the cost of living increases since Covid hit the world but please just because someone has worked extra hard to get the tools they need to keep their home and garden looking nice doesn't give you the right to vandalize someone's shed and take everything they worked hard for to get. Its not fair when something like that happens to good people. I had the whole house full of furniture stolen from my home back in the UK where i lived and no one saw a thing no one wants to get involved in something like that. so you never find out who did it which is a hard thing to live through. Please don't be ashamed sir you are doing your best for you and your family. May God bless you and you too Alex i know you have had your fair share of ups and downs. I will pray that things will change and you will no longer be worried about anything again. I will also pray those who stole these things grows a conscience and puts the items back with a note saying " i'm sorry.".
