Wonderful you were truly a blessing to that lady. I hope she had sense enough to get rid of the guy just cutting, but it seems to me the landlord would be responsible for maintaining the grass and such things as snow removal unless it stipulates in lease the tenant is to take care of it. Also at her age don't they have senior help centers in her city? this is a agency that helps seniors with such things as lawn care minor home repairs and delivery of meals. Hope she reaches out to them because the other grass guy was taking advantage of her.❤❤❤❤❤

I love people to do for other's out of the goodness of their heart. My brother who has passed was on dialysis and would ride his bike to his treatments. He would see elderly people trying to work in their yards. He would mow, paint, go grocery shopping, anything and everything for them. When they didn't see him they came to inquire, and he was in hospice. His kindness and desire to help touched so many people. He was certainly favored and I knew no one that didn't like him. Love thy neighbor as thy self my get you some special perks.
