It's amazing how diverse and complex this song is: 1. Intro I > 0:00 - 0:33 2. Intro II > 0:33 - 1:07 3. Bridge I > 1:07 - 1:41 4. Verse I > 1:41 - 2:12 5. Chorus > 2:12 - 2:40 6. Verse II > 2:47 - 3:17 7. Chorus > 3:17 -3:44 8. Bridge II > 3:44 - 4:40 9. Solo I > 4:40 - 5:11 10. Chorus > 5:11 - 5:38 11. Solo II > 5:38 - 6:06 12. Ending > 6:06 - 6:34 This is amazing. It is using so many different parts glueing it together in 1 piece. It has a story, a message and leaves nothing to say or ask, just wanting more of it. My favorite parts are 3&8 (1:07 - 1:41 and 3:44 - 4:40) by the way. I love how the 8th part somehow sucks the speed out of the song while applying even more pressure and intensity. That's what a bridge should be like. Damn this song is just amazing. Good job, Alter Bridge!

Both highly underrated and I truly mean that. So much so I can say that there are plenty of better tracks and video's but this deserves easily 10x it's exposure for it's artistic and musical merit. I find myself coming back too this video and track from AB extremely often. It fulfills some deeply emotional shit (That I cannot explain) in me every time.

This song right here is literally everything I love about rock music put into one song. Awesome lyrics, incredible vocals, powerful drumming, excellent base, great riffs, catchy chorus, phenomenal guitar solos (especially that second one 🤤), and even a fantastic music video. For people who want to know the story of the video, below is the story as written by the creators of the video. The Full Story - SPOILERS! The King and Queen of a distant, mythical land are taking a romantic stroll in the forest when they come across a magnificent silver tree. Embedded in its trunk lies an exotic jewel. The King is drawn by its intoxicating power and pulls it from its resting place. Without the jewel at the trees heart an almighty evil is unleashed. The King, under the jewels influence, mistakes his Queen for an evil demon and runs his sword through her. Distraught, he blames the demon and the forest for the loss of his beloved wife. Over the years, the forest sends out demons of increasing size to the Kings citadel to retrieve the jewel but the King constructs his own defence, the Titan, to keep them at bay. The Titan is forged using the magical powers of the jewel and the blood of the King. For many years the Titan fights for the safety of the city and its people under command of the King. The King, knowing that he will not be able to protect his city for much longer, passes the responsibility to his son, the Prince. However, the Princess has to take control of the Titan after her brother fails to fight off the latest and largest demon. She is given a vision of how the war began when she comes in contact with the demon. The forest needs the jewel to be returned to its rightful place to lock away the evil spirit once more. In my opinion, there was no evil spirit. Just a raging furious forest spirit who wants their jewel back (like in Moana film where the goddess became furious after her heart been stolen by Maui). That King was an ass, his Queen showed him her favourite secret spot and then the first thing he done was he destroyed it when he took the jewel, and then mistaken her as forest spirit and kill her! Really felt sorry to the Queen...
