Maybe the letters are the visualization of the waves the sound makes, maybe studying the sound waves and what patterns they make we can find the letters shape if really intelligent people make kabala, maybe its a universal science logical language and each letter its a universal pattern and so on.

Indeed, this is true. Rav Pinson talks about this very idea, how the shapes of the letters are connected to the actual sound waves in his (future) book "The World of Sound & Vibrations" - to be released in July /2017.
