Lake Lewisville. Huge manmade lake with some great homes lining the outside of it, water parks 5 miles from Frisco, boat clubs, hidden neighborhoods settled between two No Wake Zones (like having a private section of the lake), restaurants, etc. Everything is bigger in Texas! Edit: WOW the pool house/guest house has more square footage than my actual house!

I was starting to think only i thought so too. The schools aren't that great just average and the municipal employees salary do not add up to whats being collected. So where are these high property taxes going? Paying over a thousand a month for taxes AFTER the mortgage is paid off is not cute.
