3:30 i thought carbs/wheat was bad causing inflammation - grain derived glucose was good, right? I heard this somewhere and was confused because i thought wheat was made of grains… i suppose if refined sugars/refined flours is bad, but i thought if it was organic it was better… would enriched wheat matter? 4:38 this isnt true - there was study years after the one patients were given excess seratonin - this one they were artificially reduced seratonin and didnt have change in mood… Do you know any holistic cures for PSSD? Are you familiar with the condition?

After my 3rd booster I had a list of symptoms and sleep issues is one of them. My sleep drive was slowly fading for 2 weeks and after that it’s like it’s not present. There’s nights I’ll take 4 hours to fall asleep and sleep is fragmented after 5 hours. Before I used to be someone who would sleep 9 hours straight and I usually rely on an alarm or else I would over sleep.

NAC has a well-established safety profile and is commonly taken at a dose of 600 mg twice a day. Thus, the addition of NAC to the regimen of bromelain, curcumin, and nattokinase may be useful for individuals with severe treatment-resistant COVID-19 or COVID-19 vaccine-related complications.

I think its the elevation in prolactin while taking ssri which leads to delayed ejaculation not Serotonin itself. Think about it. If you self pleasure yourself a lot you can last way longer in bed. Frequent MO leads to elevated prolactin and decreased dopamine. I was a frequent MOer and also took SSRIs. Both make your pal numb to sensations the same way. Doctors still pretend to scratch their head why ssris lead to weight gain because serotonin should help with weight loss. Its the prolactin. When you go off ssris and stop frequent MO it is beneficial to your body composition, androgen receptors etc.

You said a year to refrain from drug usage after using a drug… does this apply to every recepror acting drug? Sorry if i am annoying you but you mention "1 month break after 1 month consumption to give receptors a rest" but how does this relate to the listed above statement you said in this video? They take 1 year to return not 1 month, right? Or is there other factors not mentioned by many? This is first tome ive heard of "precursors" and "cofactors" but what about "coenzymes" ? How long to go back to normal after anticholinergic burden ACB of 6 for like a year? Suffer from mild cognitive impairment MCI and such, but citicholine CDPCHOLINE/fish oil/LTHREONATE helps

Yes, You are annoying me. Obviously, you are a troll. It is evident, you have already done your research on your questions....

@@thejdocrealminute4648im sorry i didnt/dont mean to annoy you. I swear im not trying to troll. i have even tried to ask other questions on other types of videos and help other commenters randomly. I am asking same type of question because I am not fully understanding how the knowledge is applicible. Was confused here because it was contradictory and ive never heard elsewhere "refrain from usage for one bottle's consumption time length" - with the reason being - "to give receptors a rest"
