so... as a member of the Clemson University drumline I just want to point out that this has been a tradition for several years and neither side views this as a competition. We just like to hear what other lines around the ACC are doing. After this we met each other and took a big friendly group photo. I'm still in contact with guys from FSU's line that I met that day. We did the same thing with Oklahoma's drumline at a pep rally before the Russell Athletic Bowl. Also, the piece we played that sounds like SCV's Double Beat is a warm-up called "Plump" written by Matt Henley from Western Carolina. Sounds like Double Beat....but it isn't.

That’s great that you are friends with some of the members on FSU drum line. However, that does not dismiss the fact that FSU was much cleaner and there I say out performed you guys. Love Clemson football. Honestly, You guys just need to step up your game. I also saw how SCSU killed you guys.

CUD had a lot of turnover from 2010. Not saying they were bad, but not as tight as usual. Not to mention that the last cadence they did wasn't even a cadence, but a part from their halftime show. Big 8 was tight as usual and I like the new cadence at the beginning (at least I've never heard them do it before). Sequence visuals were awesome. Thanks for posting this:)

Both lines sounded great and very tight but fsu is definitely still better and they're easily one of the best if not the best in the country but Clemson definitely has a pretty good line themselves
