For anyone who’s not able to get to the reset menu, I started being a little rougher and harder pushing the head up and down, and after about 5 mins of working it I eventually got it to come up

Is it possible that you can help me with something? We just opened a cosmo that we bought through someone on Mercari and it was an open box situation but it was promise to be never used and brand new in condition.. well it appears exactly what they said I can tell it's never been used but the three cubes do not light up and they did not come with red tags on them. Is there anything you can contribute to possibly what the problem could be if there's a troubleshooting technique that could fix it? Or what this could mean in general?

These devices were produced in 2016. So even in ‘brand new condition’ the batteries in the robot and cubes will have died by now. Most modern electronics aren’t built to last these days. Email me [e-mail]

When do that it just turns the screen of the only menu I can get to is the serial code , I think mine is a frist gen and it has not been on in years, I was trying to fix it but if the menu was add later I have few hopes I can get it working, thank you for the video

Hi. My Cozmo keeps disconnecting with WiFi after 10 minutes even though the battery has still plenty of Juice or the other times just acts and sounds like in slow motion. I tried to reset and also tried to use it on different devices and still having same problems. Any advice how can I fix it? Please

Hello I am looking for help to repair the cubes. I was able to remove the map from the cube but I don't see anything burnt. On the card there does not appear to be a fuse. Did you find out how to fix it.

Just found a Cozmo in my local re-generate store. He seems to work fine, only noticed on day 3 that whilst in use, occasionally 1 red light flashes on his back in roughly 5 second intervals. Is this just a low battery warning ?

I’ve been trying to do 360s with the SDK and it does a little more than a 360. He does do it quite fast, and I think that that could be Messi g up. But I wanted to try it anyway. Thanks! Edit: I was doing it wrong. I got it to work now :)

Hi, for some reason the debug menu does not appear on my unit. Is it possible that his head is damaged? He also keeps moving his head up and down all the time after waking up. In the app he constsntly keeps asking to be put down.

You can reset by Placing him on his charger, holding his power button down, then raising and lowering his arms three times quickly.

I think there's an education mode you can enable in the app settings that turn off the pet elements of Cozmo (like feeding, tuning up, etc)

Can't make this work. so frustrating these little pieces of crap. they don't stay connected. I can't get it connected to 7 different devices i have tried...seems like cool tech, unfortunate it's such a waste.

Do you have a WiFi mesh system or signal booster on your home router? Often a WiFi conflict can prevent the robot from starting up its hotspot. Try briefly turning off other wireless networks or devices and see if the robots wakes up.

Also when connecting Cozmo remember to add the dashes inbeteeen the numbers in the password.
