RIP Queen Tina...I still remember when I watched her biography with Angela Bassett for the first time. I mean I always love Tina but after seeing her story I was so encouraged to love me how and who I am. And still when I feel down I am listing to...."you know, every now and then...proud Mary", and it lifts me up! Thanks for the strength and courage you gave me to be myself. Love you, Joachim!!

We were watching that movie for 2nd time this week last night.. Angela Bassett played the part of Anna Mae/Tina so well, it's a brilliant film, showing what she had to go through and how Tina became such a powerful woman, amazing on stage and off! I have loved Tina since she first hit the music scene in 80's played her music all my years (I'm 58) and still continue to. I'm devastated she has passed, but also regretful i never saw her on stage.. always sold out by the time i heard she was here in uk! Thanks to internet tho i have vids of her live.. 2nd best, but can still feel the energy she had and the amazing shows she gave her fans! Beautiful woman.. my icon an amazing legend. Rip beautiful ❤️

The Ike story is the inly thing that many hosts hammered on as if she hadn't over come that life for decades alreadyz. She met Erwin Bach in 1986 in Germany when he picked her up with his companies car. And they lived together fir 27 years and were married fir 10 years. So 37 years happiness with Erwin Bach and all they talk is about a marriage that had decades decades decades died before. Why do people need that old story, why do they hold on to that? Tina has walked on long ago and has gotten all she wanted on her own due to her struggles and incredible talent and strength and hard hard work without any drugs or alcohol, as she said proudly when she received an award.
