The Jews will rebuild a temple on the Temple Mount, and the Jews will resume making animal sacrifices. However the temple will only be a stage prop for G-d to show His power by causing prophecy to be fulfilled. The prophet Daniel said the temple would be desecrated by a future double-crosser and his army. “His armed forces will rise up to desecrate the temple fortress and will abolish the daily sacrifice. Then they will set up the abomination that causes desolation." (Daniel 11: 31). The exact amount of elapsed time between when the double-crosser abolishes the daily sacrifice and when the double-crosser sets up an image of himself is also prophesied. “From the time that the daily sacrifice is abolished and the abomination that causes desolation is set up, there will be 1,290 days." (Daniel 21: 11). Before these prophecies can be fulfilled, the temple will have to be rebuilt and the daily animal sacrifice will have to be reinstated. So, yes, the temple will be rebuilt, and G-d will be honored, but G-d will not be honored by sacrifices. G-d doesn't need sacrifices (see Psalm 50: 10). Instead, G-d will be honored when His prophetc word is fulfilled.

The Second Temple was destroyed in 70 C.E. The Third Temple was destroyed in 30, 31 A.D but He raised it up again on the third day.🙌🙌 A Fourth Temple, Ezekiel's is not far away. Obsession about any physical element, even Temple Mount, probably isn't really healthy. If one were led by the Holy Spirit to pray on Temple Mount, there are real consequences: one could pre- calculate the expense; but it is very risky to possibly spite one's life just to make a point. Solomon's temple was never built there. The Bible clearly shows that both biblical temples were built in the City of David, further south of the Temple Mount area. So no, the Dome of the Rock was NOT built on the grounds where the first 2 temples were built.
