Nice ... I thought that approval flow should have always been called workflow as approvals were not required. With approval flows, one could issue a form in response an approval or even in response to simply submitting a form, however I could not issue the same form that started the flow. In workflows, are we still limited to one instance of each form in the flow?

Hi @danielpontzer9017, Yes, you can only use a form once in a workflow. This is particularly to avoid confusion, conflict or duplication of submissions. If you only want the respondents to edit their submission, you can enable the Request More Information option in the Approval element properties, then go to the Advanced tab. However, if you really want to use the same form and send it to the respondents, you can use the Email element and insert the form link into the email along with your message. Can the jotform workflow take data from a .csv file and enter it into a non-jotform webform?

Hi @dafunkyfiddlah, While that's not currently possible in Jotform Workflows, as a workaround, you can import your CSV file into tables, and then Prefill a form you've built at Jotform. Unfortunately, third-party form is not supported in prefill. Here's a guide on how to import data in tables: www.jotform.com/help/1001-how-to-import-data-in-jotform-tables/. We need to update data in the submission list to record current step in workflow. A web-hook or direct integration to “Table” would be nice
